Mission

The general education of the First Tech is designated to cultivate professionals with liberal education literacy, and to strengthen their civic engagements that show concern and understanding about contemporary social development, so that they can cope with the changing future properly and responsibly.

Vision

1. Students  are  provided  with  humanities  and  sci-tech  literacy  especially on global and historical views, by balancing interfiled learning and communication, and a value-diversified campus atmosphere is created.

2. Features of First Tech general education are identified to be practical and embedded with Chinese culture, by strengthening the linkage of general education and professional education, and by value-added co-development of intellectual, mental and physical training.
