The definition of Physical Fitness can be regarded as your physical ability to adapt the environment. People with better physical fitness perform better in physical activities and exercise.

Rules and Regulations: 

                              

1.    NO person under the age of 16 is admitted.

2.    NO person with serious infectious disease is admitted.

3.    WEAR ATHELETIC CLOTHES & SHOES,
   NO person is admitted without proper shoes.

4.    Your bag SHOULD be kept in a locker.
   It is recommended that you NOT keep valuables in your locker.

5.    NO FOOD and DRINK is permitted. Only water is permitted.

6.    Always bring an athletic towel to wipe away your sweat.

7.    Violation of the rules may result of loss your membership.

 

Exercise Facilities:

 

The fitness center is divided into 4 areas:

 

1.    Physical Fitness Assessment Area

2.    Cardiovascular Training Area

3.    Strength Training Area

4.    Stretching Exercise Area
